I fixed the name for "DS Tick-Tock Clock" (it had an extra space before it)
I added "Lunar Colony".
One big fix is, I fixed the track numbers and titles for a couple tracks.
Wii Koopa Cape (Underwater) and Wii Koopa Cape (River) were switched.

Description
This is the Mario Kart 8 Deluxe + Booster Course Pass Original Soundtrack.
Disc 1 and most of 2 were taken from the official Mario Kart 8 Original Soundtrack published by Nintendo as a reward in the Club Nintendo program.
I added "Select (Wireless - LAN)" (in disk 2) because it wasn't in the official soundtrack.
Disks 3 and 4 were ripped, looped, and added by me (ego-lay_atman-bay).
Berlin Byways has 2 versions in this soundtrack, the normal Mario Kart 8 Deluxe version, and a mashup of the Mario Kart 8 Deluxe and Mario Kart Tour versions. The only reason I added it was because I think it sounds much better than the Mario Kart 8 Deluxe version alone.

I noticed that both versions of Wii Moonview Highway are badly looped at the 1:04 mark.
I looked into that, and it seems that it was just a few samples wrong, so not a huge problem. Will definitely fix though.
I have to say, I very much agree with your opinion on Tour Berlin Byways. The mashup version sound way more complete.

Oh, ok. That makes sense. The mp3 download on khinsider has the quality level set to 0, but the mp3 download (that I uploaded, not the derivatives made by archive.org) have the quality level set to 3 (on a scale from 0 best to 9 worst). I set it to 3, because I read https://trac.ffmpeg.org/wiki/Encode/MP3#VBREncoding - here that 0-3 is the best quality, and it shouldn't make a difference from how it sounds from the raw files.
Edit: I've finally got rid of the mp3 files created by archive.org. Now it's just the mp3 files I created and uploaded.

Hi! this is really good. Just wanted to mention that a couple of the files (lossless) seem to have weird audio crackling at points. The Dolphin Shoals (Dry Land) track has some at 00:59, for example. Is this an issue with the original CD files?
I'm not entirely sure, because I actually downloaded that file from another soundtrack on this site. Of course I did compress the flac files to the max compression, so it might also be an issue with your audio player.
I'll look into it though, so I cannot confirm that it is your audio player, it could just be the audio file.
Edit: I just listened to it, and you're right, there is indeed some popping. Can you give me the other tracks that you found popping in so that I can fix them?

Well, at least they accepted my reupload (although I did state the problem and the reason why I needed a reupload). I just had one time where they said thay they wouldn't reupload it because it was just changing names (although I did realize I was adding a track, so they did upload it).
There's an issue with how khinsider treats album edits. Whenever I change a name, track number, or disc number on the website, the file metadata isn't changed. They also don't allow reuploads for name changes, track number changes, and disc number changes. This is a big problem, because when you download a file, the title in the file metadata might not match what is actually shown on the website. I really hate this, as it can cause album downloads to be in a different order than what is actually shown on the website.

That's the version I here everywhere I search it. If you can prove that it's actually the beta version, then do so.
Also, it could be that I've found a couple videos with the music, and they add instruments overtime. That may be what you might be thinking the issue is (and if that really is what is played in game, then I guess I need to go in and do that as well).
edit: I know what you're talking about. The final channel was unused, the weird synth(?) that goes up and down is unused. I do still want to keep it, but I think the way I'm going to handle this is by taking it out, then after 2 loops, I add it in (then it ends after 2 more loops) (the music is short, so I think it's fine if it loops 4 times, plus after 2 loops it will be a bit different (and it's still just over 2 minutes)).
Um, DS Wario Stadium and DS Waluigi Pinball have the same song.
Why are they separate?
For consistency, and mainly because they appear in two different cups that are not close together. If there were more repeated tracks, then I might have only had 1. I would also assume there would be people complaining about how DS waluigi pinball is not in the correct order.
