Wii Koopa Cape (River) and Wii Koopa Cape (Underwater) got their names fixed (they were accidentally swapped).

DS Tick-Tock Clock name was fixed (it had an extra space before the title in the filename and the metadata).

Why are they separate?

For consistency, and mainly because they appear in two different cups that are not close together. If there were more repeated tracks, then I might have only had 1. I would also assume there would be people complaining about how DS waluigi pinball is not in the correct order.
