This is my favorite Mario kart game, and it probably has the best glider controls that I’ve seen. The music consists of all bangers, especially Neo Bowser City and Rainbow Road (not the SNES version, although it’s still really good.) I feel like the composers did a really good job rewriting the older tracks’ songs to bring to this game. I’m really mad they took down 3DS online, because I’ve never got a chance to play with other people, none of my friends Mario Kart 7 on there DS. I’m giving this album a 10/10, thank you for bringing it onto this website

You still have to shake the controller to do tricks. The Gamecube controller isn't any better, because the trick button is the d-pad for some dumb reason.

Most of my life, i've played Mario Kart 8 Deluxe. Like I said in my review, it held a big part of my childhood. Also Mario Kart Wii. I used to play with my dad. I could never get round the motion controls. Finally, I would like to say that I have only played MK8Deluxe (not to be confused with the OG MK8).

I personally enjoy MKSC due to it being the most skill-based Mario Kart game. The tracks are actually difficult, but you don't get spammed by red shells and shocks every 5 seconds like in the modern games, and you can even outrun the shells.

Possibly because in the OG, there is only percussion but in the main menu, it has sound, it has beat, it doesn't just have percussion (unlike the OG).

Damn, poor Yoshi. I'd also like to say that the 3DS has some of the best soundtracks I've ever known (including the background music).

Speaking of SMK, is anyone gonna talk about how (mostly) unfair the CPU is? Yoshi, Bowser, Peach, and Toad all have items only they can use IF the CPU is controlling them. Also, Mario and Luigi spam the Super Star almost every race. I don't find this to be a big deal because I am able to lap half the competition on all of the tracks, and, on a select view, INCLUDING RAINBOW ROAD, lap everyone!
