I really don't think this album should be up at its current state. osu! is a community driven game and as such it wouldn't exactly be reasonable to have this here. Game aside, some of the tracks featured were not made for the game, making them unnecessary additions to this. As the above comment said, osu! originals would be the only form of a soundtrack per say but that would be quite tricky to compile all osu! originals. This is considering non-standard custom-made songs like the world cups for the other 3 game modes, and other tournament events. Also, it's quite odd to have 2007 be the year since all tracks were made at several different periods of time. Sure, the game released in 2007 but that also implies these tracks are from 2007.

This feels like a weird thing to upload, with how osu! has a very player-driven mapset, anybody being able to make a level for any song they want, and this upload just consisting of the songs that have had maps made popular enough that they are currently bundled with the game as well as the tutorial. The only way I could see an "osu soundtrack" would be like osu!originals like nekodex's tracks or tracks composed for osu, like camellia's composition for the OWC tie breakers or cYsmix's fright march and classic pursuit which were composed for an osu mapping competition
