The image tags are 5.80/6 MB each on both flac and mp3
To DRASTICALLY reduce filesize for EACH of the files I recommend removing the embed and replacing it with a jpg.
MP3tag does the trick but flac might need a from source re-encode to actually remove the image files (or another method for flac)
