I agree, but if the point of mundfish'es game is to be propagandist, then why would they do such "annotations"? Their point is to brainwash not only the west, but my country too, my people too. And just for that, they will cross any border to hide that they are, and feels like it is nowadays, saying stuff like "we're a global pro-peace organization" and "we don't comment on politics or religion", when their game literally includes both.

If a simple game can brainwash you, you shouldn't play video games at all, because as you may have noticed, violence is glorified in many games.

You might say that Wolfenstein is propagandist too, and that's fine to think, but in these games, you literally kill the "bad guys", instead of literally glorifying them.

Russians are represented by villains more often than other nations in many media. Before the war in Ukraine. And no one cared.

This is a very pointless request if I may add. If music from a certain country was to be removed from this platform for their actions then all osts by American studios must be deleted, any OSTs that had an Israeli or Palestinian within their ranks must be removed, tracks from England as well for their colonialisation. None of these regions have been apologetic of their past and current actions as well.

Banning music from a country just because of their government is foolish. People should open their eyes to the atrocities around the world instead of getting their daily dopamine dose from Reddit and Twitter.

I agree, there's no need to hate small russian devs for just being a one nationality, but when mundfish is supporting russia, why should we respect terrorists?
Just don't buy this game. Don't listen to it's OST. USSR never was a happy country, and never will and would. Thanks.

Mate of course they’re gonna support their country during a war, regardless of who is in the right. Americans did the same thing in Iraq, they bombed tons of innocent people and still view themselves as the hero’s. It isn’t right in way but people naturally have pride for their country and we can’t change that even if they’re in the wrong. Which they are.

I understand disliking a game due to the pro-Russian elements while the ongoing war between Russia and Ukraine is happening, but I don't think the soundtrack should be deleted from the site regardless of its political stances. Yeah the whole war is horrible for everyone involved, but it's important to archive content whether you agree with its messages or not. You never know for sure if the game would be taken off the market that would make any related content difficult to access outside of piracy.

Hell, I sure wouldn't like if the soundtrack of some kind of pro-fascist game was uploaded here, but at least it allows for discussion about the said game and its contents like in this forum thread. It can also be used an example within any sort of education, essay, documentary, etc. regardless on what the intent of them is, whether pro-whatever or not.

Preservation of history should be kept objective while allowing anyone to have their subjective opinions on them.

Mate this game has been in the works for a while, the people who made the game don’t deserve to be over looked because of the leaders of their country. Don’t waste your time fighting a dev team and instead we have to focus our time in helping and supporting our refugees, cause this game is nothing but a small issue compared to what it happening on the greater scale.

My dad, granddad, and even grand-grand dad was too. Are they happy about it? Can someone be happy about the Holodomor, starving almost to death? What about 1986, the Chornobyl disaster, when living was already an impossible task in Ukraine? My parents were living in USSR, but it wasn't a great time, nor to Ukraine, nor it's citizens.
Please don't buy Atomic Heart and listen to it's OST. There are many other better games, like Borderlands, Half-Life, Portal, TF2, and many-many more. Don't waste your time on this soulless propagandist ripoff of Bioshock, which is better than this game anyways. I'm just sad that people listen to music made by a russian company that pays money to kill us. Keep yourself safe. Thanks for listening.

There is no reason to ban Russian propaganda games. They should be on display instead. Maybe annotated for naive people living in the west. This is one of the elements on how they brainwash large populations into doing absolutely horrible things. A warning for the western world.

Consider further discussion pointless since you begin standart "blah blah blah" which you seen in corrupt media. For such statements on certain resources, you can get a permban.

Sure, people who find time to read all this... "cultural dialogue" get some lulz.

Well, if i lived in Southern America, and liked to listen "Bavarian beer tunes" and Charlotte Ander, then i'd don't give a damn FAQ what role was assigned to this country at the time... Well, i think IDGADF even if i lived in Europe in 193Х.

yes, unfortunately there were such "people" that listened to this kind of music during the WW2, and wanted to do so much, that they hijacked BBC radio to broadcast it. and YES, it's normal to listen to "bavarian beer tunes" today, because the war has allready ended, and the country is sorry for what it has done, but considering what the russian goverment did the previous year, and what it was doing to Ukraine long before this "special military operation", like the war in Donbas and the illegal annexation of Crimea, i'm not surprised if they will never say sorry to us. that's why this war will not end with peace, nor with defeat.

As i said ANYONE have rights listen to WHAT they want and WHEN they want. And asking to delete album due to... well, your personal opinion is highly selfish and at least impolite to other visitors.

"personal opinion"? russians illegaly terrorizes Ukraine, my home country and now you say that it's normal to listen to the OST of a game that literally propagates USSR?
Cympak

P.S. Personally i don't know what game "Atomic Heart" is, just heard that there some songs from my Soviet childhood.

well, considering your bad english, i'm not surprised you're just a russian defending an "innocent" russian game.

But it got me really nuts when someone asked to delete streams made by some of my favorite vtubers playing russia-made games. Goddamn! I watched vtubers, not the actual gamethrough!!

With all my respect to the Mr.barney86 , i think his request must be declined.
Music still music regardless of one's... "political considerations". Anyone can listen what he/she want to listen.
Also, agitations restricted by the terms of this site, i think.

"музика внє палітікє"...
I've heard such an argument a lot of times, that any form of art is "out of politics".
Imagine if during the WW2, peoples would listen to German music.
This is not a "political consideration". I'm a native Ukrainian, and I saw what russians are doing to my country.
I ask again to delete this album.

With all of my respect to the author, I think this page should get deleted. As a Ukrainian it's disrespectful to have soundtrack for a propagandist video game made by russia, a country that illegally terrorizes my home country. Please delete this page with respect.
Thanks, barney86.
