PS1 have some exclusive songs for the tracks. PC have the same songs except the exclusive ones. Also, the PS1 version plays extended versions of Washington DC and Keswick tracks songs on the menu.

Wow. 13 minutes long for the menu music that, within the game itself, the menu would kick you out into a demo race in 30 seconds.
I'm pretty sure "Keep the Beat" is what got me into Electronic music as a kid. Glad to have found this album of menu music. The racing music wasn't the best from what I remember other the the Kyoto Japan track being catchy.
Too few songs, not enough variety/tracks.
