Recorded and rendered as 320kbit mp3's from in-game music, playing segmented infinitely playing .sgt DirectMusic files from the folder MM2AUD inside the MM2aud.ar archive file, extractable using a DeAR tool. The mp3's here are edited to include both the "start", "loop/restart/return", and "idle" segments. "Cops" segments are not included. Since the segments loop indefinitely, and change based on what you do in game (drive, idle, pause menu, cops), the segments have been ordered to what I would deem a full song. Starting with "Start", then "Loop/Return", then "Idle" segments to finish the song.
Existing renders online are either lower quality or has a lot of reverb from the recording setup that's been used, so this is a new take on including all official tracks in the game in higher quality, of course except the "Cops" versions (faster versions of the same songs more or less).

This "rip" could otherwise be done by directly playing the .sgt files in WinAmp v5.9.2, with the Ficedula DMusic player v1.10 (x86) input plugin, downloaded from here: https://www.vgmpf.com/Wiki/index.php?title=Ficedula_DirectMusic_Plugin
That was the only way I could get .sgt files to play with the associated .dls sound files. However, it still played in a subjectively lower quality than what could be recorded straight from the game, especially noticeable in the treble of the hi-hats etc.
Sound effects such as ambience sounds and the bigair sound, as well as short unique segments not fitting with the main songs are also omitted, otherwise they are included as segments of the final full song (e.g. NightRoamStart is part of Duck'n'Cover, LondonTrans1 ir part of LondonReturn, parts of Results1/2 and Vanilla1/2 are identical, Pause is part of UI song, etc.)
