Description

Hit the Ice! is a 1993 RPG-styled hockey game developed by Taito. The game is based on Williams' & Taito's 1990 hockey arcade game of the same name. Though this game was never officially released, box-art of the game exists and states Taito would have published the game.

Fun Facts:
1. A prototype of Hit the Ice was dumped online by Frank Cifaldi in 2002.

2. As a result of a major date leak at Nintendo, a mostly complete version of Hit the Ice was discovered and subsequently dumped online in 2020.

To those wondering about the odd date release, this is because the soundtrack had been released until a prototype for the game released in 2002; as such, the soundtrack didn't actually release until 2002 (also if it currently said the game's release date was 2020, I meant to say 2002; in other words, that was a typo).
