To be honest, I prefer the Scandinavian version to the Japanese version of the soundtrack, because I'm from the US, and I'm more comfortable with the limitations of this version of the gamerip; the instruments in the Famicom version are too much for me.
Edit: As a reassurance, the Famicom version is personally better than this one. Strange Memories of Death can prove it in just 10 seconds.
Where did you get the names of the songs from? On the original files the names are different, at least on the .nsf. The version of the gamerip I previously downloaded was labeled differently.
