The album above ("Bone to Pick" by The Gone Jackals) is available on iTunes (at least it was when I bought it). The only official soundtrack album released for Full Throttle was a "Mini-Soundtrac k" containing three of the above songs in the following order:

1. Legacy
2. Born Bad
3. Get Outta Town
