Welcome to your eternal prison.
Step into its realm to encounter all sorts of familiar faces; be it a friend, a foe, or a mix of both—you're bound to meet them at one point or another.
Forsaken (Damnation) is a multiplayer asymmetric horror game created by the Forsaken Dev Team. The game currently follows 11 survivors trying to survive 6 possible killers under a time limit.
Once you decide to enter, you won't be able to go back. This is your home now. Forever forsaken by it all.

Geez, I know I often talk in chains (normally, in my own albums) sometimes, but this has to be the biggest one I've seen.
either I'm stupid or I'm right but is Perpetuity in this or not, didn't find it but my eyes could have missed that (DOD LMS for Die of Death skins, hope it can be added unless there are problems with trying that)

1. BURNOUT can't be added in any way due to copyright reasons, not even the instrumental version I think.
2. DIVADAYO's chase theme WILL be added, but I'm WAY TOO busy to do it right away, so I'll be adding it later.

it's UST bro, not considered official by the devs yet.
I think that's hard work, since there are more custom songs and LMSs.
Examples:
- Partybasher (Slasher Subject_0).
- Perpetuity (LMS between a DOD Killer and a DOD Survivor).
- nil.INCIDENT (JX1DX1's theme).
- Your Problem (JX1DX1 and Aubree/IHASAFACELULZ Noob).
So I think the people who develop the album will do a hard work, anyway, hope the uploaders can handle these.

The old one is in the album, but the issue is, the composer of the chase theme left the forsaken dev team and asked for savior's chase theme tk be removed. But, a new one is already being worked on by the devs already so maybe we may get to see it in the Azure update?
For now, the old chase theme is in the album, but the new one isn't fully done yet.

For BURNOUT, we can't add it due to copyright. I don't know why it's not with all the songs, but it might be a Miku/Teto thing. I don't upload for Forsaken OST, but I'd say not to add BURNOUT to this soundtrack. One of the last updates were before Guest 666, if that shows anything why there's barely any new songs. If this soundtrack gets very desperate for a new update to the tracks, I can add more. I just don't upload tracks because of the poor state of the game at the moment.

It's a complex issue because the site operates in a grey area between copyright holders. In short though, you should be ok.
The terms and rules say that 'You are entirely responsible for the content of, and any harm resulting from, that Content or your conduct.', which means that if something were to happen past a take-down request, you would have to foot for it. I am not aware of any user that has had to pay any kind of legal fees because of something they have uploaded to this site because of what I am about to describe below.
The site operates on a take-down system where if the artist or holding company does not want their work to be shared, they can submit a take-down request. Just make sure that the things you want to upload are not on the Blacklist (albums/songs that can't be added because the rights holders have previously submitted take-down requests).
