A very obscure game for the N64 and the sister game of the various PS1 Destruction Derby games. Made by THQ (Which is very unusual, they wouldn't make normally obscure games like this) with help from both Psygnosis (Early on) and Looking Glass Studios (Later on). It has garnered a little attention, but not a significant amount to be noticeable.
Exclusive to the N64, this game features Multiplayer as a primary feature, but the single-player experience is where you unlock the various courses and cars. Playing the Tournament mode unlocks 4 cars and 3 sets of courses (Set 1 is automatically unlocked at the start, Sets 2-4 are unlocked in order) and each circuit course has a Time Trial record to beat, each yielding an extra car for beating the best default time.
Although it's very obscure, it's still a very good Destruction Derby game when compared to the PS1 games, it is succeeded by Crash'N'Burn on multiple platforms (Same applies for the PS1 Destruction Derby games) which was created by an entirely different company.
