While Tommy Tallarico mentioned this game in his website, the actual composers is really unknown. Only known that Joey Kuras was the lead sound designer and that Paul Romero, Robert King and Steve Baca of Heroes of Might & Magic II-IV fame did additional music, as mentioned in Green Street Studios website. But it can be composed only by Robert King.

I think that most of tracks were composed by Michael Richard Plowman, Howard Ulyate (Bob Knarley), Alastair Cooper, Benoit Gray, Sam Hullick and Shane Kneip, due the similarities with their styles. But nothing is unknown.

And i'm sure that Todd Dennis didn't participate on music composition, since he left Tommy Tallarico Studios in 2002, despite he was credited in Advent Rising, since boss theme from Time Crisis: Project Titan was reused there, just like in Fugitive Hunter: War on Terror (America's 10 Most Wanted).

Again, while this game is never published, Tommy Tallarico just borrowed HQ track in "Flip's Twisted World", but happily it's not used in game.
