i have a rip of the wii version which uses the sound file format (BRSTM). with this the songs are looped correctly and i could manually convert them to wav with the proper loops but im unsure if anyone still wants that.

I second the motion. first of all I want to say how I'm really grateful about the rip. I'm not that tech savvy but I'm slowly learning ways to rip games. I had the same issue of hating the loops in some of these songs, I went out of my way to try to stitch together a loop for the shop theme in audacity but of course it isn't perfect, and I don't really want to have to do that for every other track :P
right now I'm trying out the NDS versions; let's see how they fare...

I have the game and a hacked PS3, I could rip the tracks, but I have absolutely no experience with looping.

Only some of the tracks don't loop properly, I've noticed as well. It's the highest quality rip of the soundtrack I could find, and it kinda bums me out that it isn't properly looping. You could go look on Zophar's Domain but that one has the same issue. I think they might be the same.
