Description

The player controls the "Wing Galiber" fighter craft and must shoot down the incoming enemy craft in the air and on the ground.

This is the alternate version of the soundtrack, made as an alternative due to the YM3526 being in short supply during development. Fans consider this version more adventurous compared to the original, which is considered more ominous.

Many people think that this version of the soundtrack is the original, but in reality, the YM3526/FM is the original.
Reason: During the Terra Cresta's development, the Yamaha YM3526 chip was in short supply. So to not delay the game release, the Yamaha YM2203 was used as an alternative and the soundtrack was redone for the older sound chip.
Although this SSG soundtrack sounds simplier and weaker than its FM counterpart, it manages to be very good and energic like the FM one.
