I've been working on one using the Xbox version's music files, using the same method as you. I have notes where each cue appears to try and find a common theme, but they are reused so many times.
Did the PS version's files export as .ogg? Xbox's did. Ran a conversion to MP3 and got somewhat inflated file size, but they have a decently high frequency for game audio.
The ps2 version came out as mono .wav file (though I don't know it that was cause of the PSound program or if they were naturally that audio format). I edited the the songs using Audiotonic (Audacity), where I looped the songs and exported them to .mp3 (the song "Credits" went from 15.1 MB in .wav to 3.37 MB in .mp3 with no looping or silence added). .ogg is a compressed audio format generally smaller than .mp3 for the same audio quality (I just converted a song from .ogg at 2.98 MB to .mp3 at 3.45 MB). Not sure if this website allows .ogg uploads (I only ever see .mp3 or .flac), but .mp3 allows you to tag songs with various info (such as Title/Artist/Album/Track #/Album Art/etc.) so I personally stick with that. Not sure if this is the case, but the xbox version probably has higher quality textures and assets thus the need to compress to .ogg for disc space, but this is just a guess based on what little I know on the topic. Hopefully my bloated response wasn't too long an answer (or strayed too far from your question).

Wonderful upload! Was working on one myself. How did you verify the track names?
My own names, I used the names of the level they first appear on (some songs appear on multiple levels). I just played through the game and listened out for the songs in each level. It was either that or use the names used for the film soundtrack releases but I thought these would be more helpful for those unfamiliar to the official names. If you think the names should be changed, reupload it with the new names.
