The songs for this game are unique in the way that they contain IF parameters that check a certain value is true (shown in Nitro Studio 2 as "cmp_ne"), and if it is, it dynamically changes the music.
Most NDS song interpreters aren't ready for this value and freak out in their own unique ways, or act as if it's always true and therefore follow the jump instructions to the new sections repeatedly.
Getting an accurate rip of this music is somewhat difficult, but I remember doing "setvar 0, 0" at the very start to set these values and allow the music to play correctly in Nitro Studio 2.
