| Description: Sommerspiele is a sports game which simulates eleven Olympic sports. These can be basically divided into five categories: Swimming (five disciplines), sprinting (two disciplines), hurdling (two disciplines), high jump and shooting. Except for the latter the controls are the same for every sport: Holding space and bashing the left and right arrow key to gain speed. Where applicable the player has to press another key at the right moment to trigger an action, e.g. jumping. In the shooting championship the player shoots targets with a wobbling mouse cursor. The game features three playing modes: Arcade (one freely selectable discipline), training (the same as arcade but without opponents) and championship (all disciplines consecutively).
