Change log:
Added full moon versions for tracks, removed full moon layers from non-full moon versions of songs, and the full moon layers as their own tracks (25 added tracks in total, 11 modified). For context, the Full Moon layers were layered into the songs in the gamerip originally. Given the soundtrack versions, the full moon versions aren't their own songs (except for a few like Algon Headquarters), but an added layer.
Also added a fifth disc # for unknown tracks, and added the House Horror Organs under disc 4 as alternate versions.
