I noticed the FLAC versions of the following tracks don't go above 16-17 kHz. Are the higher quality ones for these tracks?

I don't have a higher quality of these tracks because I didn't find that Damian released these tracks in a better quality than the in-game one in which I released the tracks. So yes, it's a higher quality for these tracks.
