Needed because all old MD/Gen VGM sets logged with MAME have an incorrectly pitched DAC due to MAME's incorrect emulation of it. Metadata meant to match "MEGA DRIVE LAST ACTION HEROS" (WM-0654~6) as much as possible, with some improvements. Any errors from previous versions of this pack were corrected.
