| Description: | Description: "Disasterpeace approached me to do the soundtrack for Reigns with the idea of writing 4-part choral music inspired by the European early music chant tradition. Through our listening, we were inspired most by the music of 13th century French composer Perotin as well as 12th century German mystic Hildegard Von Bingen. I ended up writing chants in different modes in order to characterize the different dynasties the player goes through. Also, for special occasions I wrote music featuring medieval instruments such as lutes, viola de gamba, langeleik, and harp."
