| Description: | Description: Ranger Mission is a light gun shooting game for 1 to 2 players, using orange pump-action shotguns. The game is presented as a military combat simulation with a lot fo 90s virtual cyber aesthetics. Shooting enemy soldiers will turn them into dissolving wire frame models. There are four different missions, selectable in any order at the start of the game: Jungle Mission "Jaguar" with a tank boss, "Desert Falcon" Mission with an indoor rescue operation, "Blizzard" snow mission with a helicopter boss, and "Indomitable Will" an indoor embassy rescue stage. At the beginning of the mission you presented with an objective, a time limit and a preset weapon. The weapons depend on the stage and they include an assault rifle, sniper rifle, sub machine gun, machine gun, shotgun or hellfire missiles. The missions include, shoot the target in the right order, each enemy soldier has a flashing number 1, 2 or 3 and player need to shoot them in order to score sets. Shoot as many enemies as possible, clear the level of all enemies, or defeat the level boss. On two stages there is an enemy boss, including a tank or a helicopter. |
