-Added Disc 1 contents, which was a reprint of a previous soundtrack, but I ripped the reprint here anyway.
-Adjusted Disc 2 tracks' name and order, now they are consistent with how they were in the soundtrack release(the previous upload was reordered for my own listening convinience)
