| Description: | Description: Nova 2001 is a 2D shoot 'em up set in space. The player controls a space ship that needs to destroy all enemies on the screen to move on to a new level. The ship can be steered in eight directions and the joystick has a button on top that is used for maintaining a stationary position on the screen. Enemies can approach from all sides and it is possible to shoot in eight directions, based on the direction the ship is facing. The game is played on a single screen, but it is possible to scroll slightly in any direction to extend the playfield, for instance to dodge bullets. |
