Description

Jikū Yֹūden Debias is Namco's early entry into the action RPG genre and follows the formula pioneered by Zelda II. The game follows a day/night cycle. During the day, town facilities are open for business and NPCs go outdoor. Monsters come out at night, during which town NPCs close shops and stay indoor. Much of the game progression is contingent on the guidance of Aaron, who communicates to you through a circular amulet. This amulet is represented in the game packaging as 2 code-wheels. In-game, Aaron only gives you answers in cryptic glyphs. In order to decode Aaron's answers, you are expected to look up the 2 code-wheels overlaid on top of each other.
