Apparently the soundtrack for the Complete Edition of Hyperballoid features a different set of songs compared to the original release by Kernel Kaput. This lines up with the acquisition of the game's IP by Stargaze Interactive in 2005.

The 3 main tracks seem to be repurposed demos from the early works of Treks, member of the SandS group, and Alexander Shukaev aka Sensorica, who would later go on to produce the soundtrack for Hyperballoid 2.
