A 3-in-1 Remake of the Crash Bandicoot PS1 games, and the first time these games went multi-platform, so technically this would save 2 mass downloads, unfortunately they are merged as 1 complete game without the legacy soundtrack, negating this benefit.
This game also featured 2 unused levels that became official entries in the franchise, but are completely optional, but are extremely difficult to clear without incredible skill, and in the Crash 3 case, you need every power-up to even consider trying to beat it!
This is one of the rare Activision games which lacked Microtransactions completely, and thus it maintained high popularity, which is not what happened to it's cousin Crash Team Racing Nitro Fueled, which did feature the dreaded mechanic.
This soundtrack is well made, being modernized for the stronger devices, and having the music fully remade with new instruments, which the originals could never achieve without a literal mod with MP3 files to try and achieve similar results. So Activision beat the fans to the punch with this release.
It actually originally was a PS4 exclusive, but fan pressure likely forced it to go multi-platform so everybody could play it, and it was a great decision to do so.
