This is a bit of a sluggish and basic start to the Cosmic Fantasy series. The tracks are agreeable and that's about all that can be said. A special attempt is made in Peaceful Town at the 0:47 mark where the sound track gets some notable pep, but it's still nothing special. The composer just never seems to be able to get the Turbografx's synth sound quite on their side. Overall, 7/10.
