Album with some nice highs, but a bit of repetition and mediocrity at points that drags it down. The strength of this album is the guitar tracks- particularly tracks 23-29 are strong with a good deal of variety. The main issue with this album though is the repetition- combining repeated leitmotifs (e.g., tracks 2-4, 11-12, 14-15) with some of the more mediocre tracks being allowed to just keep going (and then following that up with the same leitmotif on repeat for about 5 minutes), points of this album are frustrating. That said, this is still a pretty good album if you allow yourself to skip tracks here, but it's not one of those you can just let sit without paying attention to it because it'll bug you at points. The vocal tracks at the end of the album are also good (but, they are a bit repetitious). Anyhow, I'm complaining a bit here, but it's got some nice creativity overall and is a strong album.
