In this video, I bring together a collection of iconic Castlevania themes, fully reimagined on the original C64 using authentic SID sound design. No emulation tricks, no fake 8-bit — just real hardware-inspired sound, pushing the SID to its limits.

From dark gothic melodies to intense action themes, this is Castlevania like you’ve never heard it before.

🎧 All tracks were carefully recreated using the C64 8580 SID chip workflow, capturing the unique warmth, grit, and punch that makes the Commodore 64 so special.

After uploading my Castlevania C64 SID collection, someone commented:
"Really wish Heart of Fire was here too!"

And you were absolutely right.

The funny thing is — this track was already on my list from the very beginning. But somehow, during the recording sessions on my real Commodore 64, it slipped through and never made it into the final collection.

So here it is. Finally.

🔥 "Heart of Fire" — now as a C64 SID version.

This is one of those iconic Castlevania tracks that just fits perfectly on the SID chip. Dark, powerful, and full of energy, exactly what makes this soundtrack so unforgettable.
