Track 4 sounds very similar to Frank Klepacki's early C&C soundtracks, and Track 5 also seems to sample the Tetris: Grand Master games.
Only known composers of these tracks:
Tracks 5-7 - Michael "Bijan" Johnson and Gordon Madison (according to music demos in Atomic Giraffe website)
Track 10 - Todd Dennis (according to one fragment from his music demos from his deleted website)

I think a lot of people came for that track that is reused in Sonic & The Black Knight.
But I know that full version of track 8 reused in Wild 9 and Messiah. And it played during ending credits in both games.
