Phoenix: I asked about superiority of man and woman. Can fact truly claim whether man or woman deserve equality? Yes it can. It says none, because superiority is subjective. But if you could ensure that only the bums would die, does that make it right because fact would support it? Nope. You're still breaking the right that's protecting you. You're killing someone over no crime, thus violating the essence of why your nation was formed.
