SuperEclipse: Because if M$ did this, you would end up spending same amount of money as you would on a PS3. M$ uses it's price as an advantage on the PS3. So if they did this, A LOT of people would be pissed. Yea the thing is, you dont need a HD-DVD add on, its up to you. You dont have have to new hard drive if you dont want it. unlike Sony where the shove it saying you have to Blu-Ray to pay our games.
