snowdog: Manchester, famous for its rain. As of lately, it hasn't even rained! I do remember it snowing a little on Thursday, but not properly. Manchester is really nice, I went not so long back :3 I know, it snowed very little here but was gone on the same day. Lol, it's hilarious on the national news, watching everyone go crazy over the inch of snow :D

chaywa: All i really sense is Spatter > Apply > Gaussian > Lighten > New Layer > Vector Brushes in White > Screen > Text I personally find this one hella of a difficult stock to work with, especially regarding flow and depth, so tbh i'd advise against trying to improve it...it would be difficult to do so, good text choice albeit you don't need to over emphasis your name in every tag you do...
