Randomizer: For those of you who don't know what happend to Navi, at the end of OoT she flew away cause her mission was complete. Just as soon as she leaves Link and goes off camera she was eaten by a Deku Baba. So to answer your question as to where she went...fertilizer. That's uncalled for. First off plants don't make fertilizer.....-_-
