snowdog: Manchester, famous for its rain. As of lately, it hasn't even rained! I do remember it snowing a little on Thursday, but not properly. Manchester is really nice, I went not so long back :3 I know, it snowed very little here but was gone on the same day. Lol, it's hilarious on the national news, watching everyone go crazy over the inch of snow :D
