The Grim Reaper: I finished Twilight Princess and now I'm replaying Truama Center: Under the Knife for the Ds. It's about a young surgeon named Derek Stiles. He soon finds out his has "a special ability" and gains control of it. Later on, he joins a special group to fight an illness called GUILT. I absolutely love this game despite how incredibly hard it is. Plenty of shockers in the plot too. A must buy for the DS if you don't mind difficulty.
