Actually, he was speaking about Blu-ray discs and such. Therefore he was probably exposed to the internet. He has no experience life-wise but some in specs. I think it doesn't matter what the age is. Probably how your life is.

I'm sure there WAS an episode with Uranus and Neptune in Bikini's, but there was an Episode where Michirou and Ami were swimming, and they were racing each other. o.o; And In the Japanese version, I'm pretty sure everyone knew, Lol. Although everyone thought Uranus was a boy, when they first met, and Venus even said that Haruka is the perfect example of the perfect Boyfriend... o.O
