sorarules: after beating seph, you just go back to Cloud at the stores (where donald's uncle is) and go back to where you fought Sephiroth. Then you'll see the Ultimate Fight! Max out all forms, including Summon, and defeat all worlds until you see a BRIGHT glowing circle around it. Then you should have all cups. When you defeat the the Goddes of Fate cup, then go up to Hades' chamber to fight in the next (and last) 4 cups then you will win the Hdes cup for a job well done
