Tobuoi: Honestly, I don't think it has much to do with Christianity, but more a state of mind. See a hypnotherapist. I'm not even kidding. My dad's one and he deals with nightmares and insomnia patients all the time. It works. If you can control your mind, it can control you. I'd recommend trying what some of the other people said, too.
