The soundtrack sounds very nice, but this turns out to be a poor recording of the soundtrack apparently from the recorder's own speakers, and some tracks fade out before completely finishing. |

Pretty good, perhaps some more live-action tracks... the most of the tracks was not so predictable but i like the halo OST volmues 1 and 2 a bit more. |

Some of the songs are poorly recorded, and I can hear the guy smacking his lips in the backround (well it sounds like it) Some of the other songs are great quality though.
But because of the ugly recorded songs this gets a 4, and I hope to see the whole real soundtrack on the website soon. |

WTF!? This is the best that Martin O'Donnell can do for the most anticipated sci-fi game sequel since Halo 2 and Half Life 2? This half-handed effort is what we get after such a magnificent score from the previous game?! THIS!? I found six, count again, SIX tracks only, that were DECENT on this soundtrack. The rest were merely rhythm pieces without completion. I don't want drum kits and percussion to be all I hear in the background, I want melody and music! The music from Halo 2 could stand alone as a soundtrack and was a big improvement over the first game and even that soundtrack rocked all over this one. They should have kept Michael Salvatori on board to help, as now I have to recommend to Martin O'Donnell to simply put a bullett in his own face for this disappointment. |

The fact that people have put the soundtrack here is great however the music is really low quality and very short they aren't even the full music and some of it stops before it finishes

I'd just like to say, I'm pretty sure this is the GAMERIP version of the soundtrack and not the 'Original Soundtrack' so to speak.
It's good ^_^ and I don't want to sound bitchy BUT... I'd like the actual soundtrack, not just the background music that was ripped from the game itself. |

I would like to be able to find the "Rue and Woe" song from Halo. I beleive it is at the end of the halo 3 when all the soiders do the 21 guns to remember all the lost. The song that plays there. Is it listed? Or can you list it please or give me a link to it. Thanks! |
