Johnny Stooge: Well you're going to have to. It's still a couple of years off. All Warner has right is David Goyer's script treatment. Though they have recently announced that Shawn Levy will be heading and directing The Flash now. Shawn Levy has done the Cheaper By The Dozen movies and more recently A Night at the Museum.
