Brawl doesnt need more than three third-party characters, otherwise it would kill the experience. The characters need to be appropiate as well. Ryu, Dante, etc. don't fit in the Smash universe at all. Just because you think a character is badass, doesn't mean they need to be in the game. They are too mature. If anything the next third party will be Spyro or something.
