Xemnas.01: I agree with Jaden007. The mysterious figure is built like Xemnas. I would lean toward him more than any other member. The figure on the floor looks like one of the armored knights, perhaps the head armored knight. I have also heard that there is a friendship between Xemnas and the head knight.
