The songs are not those from Contra 3, nor are they re-arrangments of 3 themes. Perhaps they are from the PSX version of Contra. But it's not the right game.

Only the first track is from contra 3. I think this is some sort of arranged Konami albums with tracks from a bunch of different games.

Yeah, this is not the correct SNES actual gameplay music. The only track I recognize is the first one, but the rest are way off.

I believe this is the soundtrack of "C - The Contra Adventure". It's a pretty decent soundtrack and unfortunately it's probably the best part of the game. Track one is indeed a remix of the first stage song from Contra III. This is appropriate since the stage it is played in has many parts reminiscent of several Contra II stages. The rest are new tracks that mostly go well with their stages.
