This game is one of the few RPG games i've played with such beautiful and encapturing music. truly excellent! i would recommend everyone to get the whole album! it's worth it!! the game as well ^^
Any who, this whole album is the perfect songs when u want to relax (except the music of the battle scenes ^^;;) and chill out. |

from all of the rpg game i've ever played, chrono cross is the only one that the music is suit with its game. if you've ever play the game and you hear the music, you will feel that you are really want to have that journey in the game, believe me ! |

The best game soundtrack I ever heard, don't know why but I've been hunting for it since the last time I heard the last soundtrack. Although it's been so long since this game was released, you will never get tired of it!

Chrono Cross is one of the best JRPGs I have ever played. Many people were disapointed by Final Fantasy 8 and were thinking that Chrono Cross would be less understandable for mass gamers as well. It surely is not for noobs and lamers =). But its soundtrack is so magically attractive - sad melodies, "Orphan of Flame", for example are so cool and so suit the story of the man who divided the world into two parts just because he remained alive... Many brilliant characters and many exciting element spells make this very game one of the best at PSone. The soundtrack does not deserve less than 10 for sure! |

I have to agree with everyone else here. Chrono Cross is one of the RPG's of all time. The soundtrack really made the game. A very well put together piece of art. If you have not listened to this soundtrack, it is a must. |

Yasunori Mitsuda's composing really made a lot of games the memorable experiences they were. It wouldn't have been the same with some typical RPG music just thrown in, or some more Uematsu mish-mash. A Chrono game wouldn't be the same without Mitsuda, just like Xenosaga Episodes 2 and 3 were horrible without the people that made the original great. You can thank Namco for that. It just goes to show what difference a single person with vision can make. |
