Cursed: The best ending is most definitely FFIX. Perfect way to resolve all of the characters' conflicts. The worst, eh, I'd have to say Xenogears. Excellent game, but the ending left a lot to be desired.

L337 kybldmstr: Cardcaptors' ending sucked hard. So did the ones for DBZ and DBGT, those to series are the worst in history. Toriyama (or however you spell it) should have left it at Dragon Ball. Way better than Z and GT combined (but wouldn't DBZ and DBGT combined be worse than if they were separate?). Crush Gear Turbo and all of Beyblade sucked pretty bad too. I haven't seen Zatch Bell's ending, but I'm guessing it's something like Zatch losing to Brago and Brago makes Zatch the Mamodo King anyway?
