The Scarecrow: I wouldn't say it's a rip, rather they just used to original as a reference. There's too many differences to be a rip. If anything looks ripped at all, it's just the stock, which isn't a problem.

OmegaRaptor: Me, too, but That's why they have limit form in the FM game. Ragnorok was the only useful one for me. lol i never actually used ragnarok... gota do that sumtime. i used the others but the only one i rele used often was strike raid and that was only against sephiroth who i fought at least 70 times so i've used strike raid at least 200 times.
